I went to Amsterdam February this year for a week and what an experience it was. It is such an odd place and not in a million years how I expected it but so chilled and fun to experience. We arrived and got to the hotel on the outskirts of town, we had to get the tram into town and it was so cool to see the atmosphere around Dam square and in around the city. We visited the Anne Frank museum while we were there and it was so vivid to see the place where she grew up. We also visited various Bulldog Cafe’s and the red light district.. (what an experience that was!) I couldn’t believe the amount of women in the windows..It was eyeopening to say the least.

After arriving back I spoke to someone at work and they told me that there is a beach just on the outskirts of Amsterdam, If I go back I definitely want to visit it, it sounds amazing!
